  Absolutely awful! We ordered 3 sandwiches. We were handed our food without a bag or napkins. Every wrapper on our sandwiches were wet and one sandwich was soggy. Not sure if it was coffee or grease. Gross. Had to ask for napkins. Could only eat half of our sandwiches threw them out. Found a hair in the wrap.

  Very slow, food quality has gone downhill since it was purchased by the Brazilian owners. Lids on the cups leak....

  I personally like Tim Horton's, esp the coffee. They always get it right for me. Right sugar, right cream. Plus fast service. Thumbs up.

  We stopped around 3pm on May 22 (Victoria day). Slow service, huge lines (due to rush hours (?)), toilets need to be cleaner. Chilli and coffee were actually good, while sandwiches were plain. Mixed impressions.
